Health is a gift but we can also play and active role in maintaining our health. A healthy lifestyle is the best way to stay healthy. This is known as prevention.Prevention means we are helping to protect ourselves from illnesses. But what constitutes a healthy lifestyle? It includes healthy food, sufficient exercise, a normal body weight, sufficient sleep, minimal conflict and stress, a good social life, no smoking and drinking little or no alcohol.
