Think carefully about the reasons you are unhappy with your job. The best idea is to make notes on individual events and ensure that you have witnesses (work colleagues). Talk first to a member of the Personalkommission (Staff Council), if there is a Staff Council in the company. A chat with the head of HR might also clear things up.
Always take professional advice before you take action independently. It is best to seek advice from a lawyer, an aid organisation or a charity.
If you are a member of a trade union you can also make enquiries with the union. It may also be helpful to include intercultural counsellors. Or talk to your colleagues about it first, as they may be able to give you helpful advice.
