People who are paid for occasional work in the areas of cleaning, childcare, household and garden, are also deemed to be employed and must firstly hold a permit from the aliens’ police and secondly be registered with the social security authorities, or register himself/herself. If this is not done, this is illegal employment and the person concerned is not insured in the event of unemployment, accident or invalidity.
